 44 Prince Street contains a secure, underground parking garage. Cars enter the garage from a driveway on Parmenter Street through a doorway controlled by an electronic transmitter in each unit owner's car.
The garage contains 70 parking spaces: 46 single spaces and 24 in twelve pairs of tandem spaces. Each tandem pair accommodates two cars, one in front of another. Each tandem pair will be sold to the owner of a single unit.
The price of each condominium includes a single parking space. Buyers have the option to upgrade to a tandem pair.
 The building elevator stops in the garage as well as on floors 1 through 5. So, while other North End residents fight the snow, 44 Prince Street condo owners can take the elevator directly from the garage to their hallway.
